I will provide you with a bespoke training plan and expertise to
help you accomplish your health and fitness goals to ensure that you look and feel amazing. My commitment alongside your own will deliver results.

I work with you to create a specific training programme and nutritional plan that is practical, fun and suitable for your lifestyle, so that you not only receive maximum results from every training session but you are able to make a lifelong commitment to a healthier way of life. My goal is to ensure that you look and feel the best that you can, that you love and enjoy your body and that you are stronger, fitter, healthier, happier and full of energy.

I work with clients of all ages and abilities, so whether you are looking to transform your approach to exercise and nutrition to help tackle obesity or just lose that last stubborn stone, whether you are looking to tone up or increase your muscle mass, if you are training for a specific sporting event or just want to get a little bit fitter, I will specifically tailor a plan to suit your needs.

I also work a great deal with Pilates which is fantastic for strength, mobility and flexibility with a particular focus on improving core muscles and I utilise this form a great deal when working with those with specific injuries or complaints, such as lower back pain or those looking to improve their posture.

I offer a plethora of different training methods and techniques to ensure that you reach your individual goals.

1-2-1 Pilates

Pilates is the ideal complement to any exercise programme. It is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities, promoting strength, flexibility and mobility. Pilates brings the mind and body together focussing on total body awareness, helping you to understand, control and appreciate your body whilst improving posture, core strength and balance.

Nutrition / Weight Management
Diet and Nutrition are essential components of a successful health and fitness programme. I will provide you with practical and effective dietary advice for weight loss programmes, long term health and improved sports performance. I will work with you to facilitate positive lifestyle changes and smart eating habits that can give you a body to be proud of and the confidence you deserve.

Cardio Training
Cardio training involves movement that increases your heart rate and is an intrinsic part of any exercise programme, helping you to improve health and fitness levels, lose weight and burn fat. I like to include High Intensity Interval Training into cardio workouts as it is a fun way to add variety into your programme, working you hard over short periods to give fantastic results.

Muscle Toning
Resistance training can help build lean muscle and enhance your body shape as well as improving your bone health and increasing muscular and functional strength. I utilise a wide variety of resistance techniques and exercises using machines, free weights, kettlebells, bands and body weight to create firm sculpted muscles with a programme that is specific to your needs.

Resistance Training

A key part of any weight loss programme; muscle tissue is metabolically active and the more of it you have, the more calories you burn at rest.

Increase Muscle Mass
If you are looking to add muscle mass to your frame, I will provide you with a resistance training programme and a nutritional plan that will help stimulate muscle growth. Whether you are looking to improve muscular strength, add bulk to your frame, or training for a competition I will give you a personalised programme to ensure that you achieve your goals.
